Seems I've hear the phrase "It's Official " too much recently , or at least too much for this Mom to want to handle....
"It's Official ... My 19yo daughter is pregnant and her and her fiance will be welcomin their first born into this world in December. I'm gonna be a Grandma ready or not lol.( and I'm not by the way ). You know at 19 I had 3 children alone , and was strugglin and continue to struggle to raise them and get them through school. She has done better there. She graduated , has a lovin fiance who very much wants to be involved in every aspect of the pregnancy, they both work at jobs they love ..... and Grandma has already bought the baby's first pair of crocs lol.
"It's Official" my oldest son, Brian , has signed all his loan papers etc to go to school in Indy in July. He will be attending Lincoln College of Technology and gettin his degree in Electronic service. $24,000 for 50 weeks of schooling .......OMG !!!!!! Howver, he has worked hard in school and truly made high school a time to learn and explore and discover what he wants to do in life, he's chosen his path and nothin will ge tin his way , of that I'm sure. He shall go as a National Honor Society Member, graduated top 10 percent of his class, 200+ hours of community and school volunteer service through key club, chess club member, news editor of the school paper, animia club, dance club, book club and on and on and on......
"It's Official" Christofer, my youngest and Brian's twin....... will be a senior next year, he will spend that senior year without his brother, his twin and his best friend, for the first time ever in life they will be separated for longer than a weekend. Chris has plans to learn to fly solo as he goes after further education himself and explores the world of culinary delights, a field he plans on makin his career after graduation. I'm intrigued to see what the seperation of my boys does for them both.......
Much more is goin on in my world but I won't bore ya with all the details today..... For now just my chumps , all 3 of them as they grow and change and become adults before my very eyes .....
